“In the Footsteps of the Elephant” follows the documentary makers in their recording of the epic journey of the African elephants through the Kalahari Desert in the Disneynature documentary “The Elephants.” The team faces extreme conditions, inaccessible terrain, waters infested with crocodiles and lion encounters to show us what these magnificent creatures and their traditional migrations are like.
