Ella (Dianna Agron) is a successful star in the world of interior design who seems to have it all: she lives in a luxurious house and is married to Jay, who loves her very much, but Ella does not want children. No one tolerates her position, despite the fact that she insists that she is happy without children. As the pressure mounts, Ella decides to enroll in a clinical trial which, to her surprise, begins to bear fruit. But the side effects produced by the treatment slowly begin to unleash paranoia and aggressive behavior in Ella.
