Katie is organizing a surprise party for her boyfriend, but in the course discovers that her brother Seth has returned to hook the heroine. He tries by all means to take him to some rehabilitation site but, after failing, he spends an agonizing night watching and distracting his daughter, while Seth tries to deal with the withdrawal syndrome.
