Two children wake up in the middle of the night to find that their father is missing and all the windows and doors in their house are gone. To cope with the strange situation, the two bring pillows and blankets into the living room and settle in for a quiet sleepover. They play worn-out videotapes of cartoons to fill the silence of the house and distract from the terrifying and inexplicable situation. All the while hoping that eventually some adults will come to their rescue. However, after a while, it becomes clear that something is watching them.
